Lucknow: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh Government is continuously strengthening quality and skill-based education in upper primary Parishadiya Vidyalayas. To ensure that students effectively benefit from Art Education, Health and Physical Education, and Work Experience Education, the system of part-time instructors is being made more systematic.
The Yogi Government has directed all concerned districts to provide updated school-wise information so that the availability of subject experts can be ensured in accordance with actual requirements and students can receive a better learning environment.
The Yogi government aims to ensure that students in Parishadiya Vidyalayas effectively receive education based on art, sports, health, life skills, and work experience-based education, alongside regular academic instruction. This initiative to strengthen the system of part-time instructors will give new momentum to the holistic development of students, in line with the spirit of the National Education Policy. At the same time, it will further reinforce an environment of quality, balanced, and practical education within the schools.
School-wise information is being updated at the state level. Under this process, fresh information will be collected based on student strength, the number of serving part-time instructors, and the requirements of schools. This will facilitate better planning for the implementation of Art Education, Health and Physical Education, and Work Experience Education, and help ensure that the specialist teaching system reaches every eligible school.

Through the State Project Office, the Yogi Government has directed that the information received from districts be verified at the local level and certified details be provided in the prescribed format. Updated data will be prepared based on the serving part-time instructors, student strength, and the actual requirements of schools. This will make future action plans more accurate and ensure the effective utilisation of resources.
The Yogi Government has directed all concerned districts to provide the revised information in the prescribed format in the form of hard copies and Excel sheets at the earliest. Timely receipt of the information will enable the state-level authorities to complete further action expeditiously and further strengthen teaching arrangements in schools in accordance with requirements.
